miss mia

i got to meet this little bug last weekend. we had the whole murphy’s law thing working- you know, the one where the baby doesn’t nap on picture day? she was pretty tired but luckily for us, we were able to keep bringing it back around. how cute is that quilt her grandma made for her? and her dog molly? super cute.

hello charlotte

it was so nice to meet you last weekend. you were my second newborn last sunday and you were just as sweet as the first. rumor was that you were going to sleep through most of it but you proved them all wrong and were bright eyed and bushy tailed. you might need to save your energy to keep up with big brother blake.

introducing chloe

last weekend i had two newborn sittings- babies born within three days of each other. first up, i got to meet ms chloe, little sis to big brother mason. she seems like a pretty mellow roaster and managed to stay awake until the very end. mason was so sweet with her while we were taking pictures, pretty much my dream older sibling.

combo deal

my friend michelle had the great idea to combine their family pics with their annual trip to the tree farm out in north bend. so we bundled up and headed out with their cute dog oliver in tow. they ended up finding the perfect tree (see happy jump), jay sawed it down and we were off to the little cabin that had hot cider and cookies.

my favorite 3yr old nephew

i got to hang out w/ this love over thanksgiving weekend. the first set is him in his pajamas while we were waiting for his mom to get ready. i believe the puppy is “the good guy” and the bear is “the bad guy”. he has some big ideas for such a little guy- something about how boys are on santa’s good list and girls are on the naughty list. his big sis wasn’t too crazy about that one. now he’s back on the east coast (so far away) and i miss him already.

grandparents and cousins

i got to hang out w/ this crew last weekend. it is so nice to get to hang out with families that really enjoy each other’s company. the little guy liam calls his grandpa “gump” (who, by the way, is quite a character). my guess is that he has grandma laughing all the time- which is why i like the last picture so much.
